1 Timotheus 5:4

SV	Maar zo enige weduwe kinderen heeft, of kindskinderen, dat die leren eerst aan hun eigen huis godzaligheid oefenen, en den voorouderen wedervergelding te doen; want dat is goed en aangenaam voor God.

Alex	ει δε τις χηρα τεκνα η εκγονα εχει μανθανετωσαν πρωτον τον ιδιον οικον ευσεβειν και αμοιβας αποδιδοναι τοις προγονοις τουτο γαρ εστιν αποδεκτον ενωπιον του θεου
ASV	But if any widow hath children or grandchildren, let them learn first to show piety towards their own family, and to requite their parents: for this is acceptable in the sight of God.
BE	But if any widow has children or children's children, let these see that it is right to take care of their family and their fathers and mothers: for this is pleasing in the eyes of God.

Darby	but if any widow have children or descendants, let them learn first to be pious as regards their own house, and to render a return on their side to [their] parents; for this is acceptable in the sight of God.
ELB05	Wenn aber eine Witwe Kinder oder Enkel hat, so mögen sie zuerst lernen, gegen das eigene Haus fromm zu sein und den Eltern Gleiches zu vergelten; denn dieses ist angenehm vor Gott.
LSG	Si une veuve a des enfants ou des petits-enfants, qu'ils apprennent avant tout à exercer la piété envers leur propre famille, et à rendre à leurs parents ce qu'ils ont reçu d'eux; car cela est agréable à Dieu.

Sch	Hat aber eine Witwe Kinder oder Enkel, so sollen diese zuerst lernen, am eigenen Haus ihre Pflicht zu erfüllen und den Eltern Empfangenes zu vergelten; denn das ist angenehm vor Gott.
Web	But if any widow hath children or nephews, let them learn first to show piety at home, and to requite their parents: for that is good and acceptable before God.
Weym	But if a widow has children or grandchildren, let these learn first to show piety towards their own homes and to prove their gratitude to their parents; for this is well pleasing in the sight of God.
